  1. Avoid "Text Neck" by bringing your phone/tablet up towards eye level rather than hunching forward

  2. Correct your posture often throughout the day

  3. Shoulder blades slightly back

  4. Deep abdominal muscles slightly tucked in

  5. Chin slightly tucked in

  6. Avoid slumping while seated or standing

  7. Use a lumbar cushion while seated to help support lower back
